Event totals: 0.2” Snow/Trace L.E.
Monday 2/7/2011 6:00 A.M. update: I noticed some flurries around last night, and I found a couple tenths of an inch of snow on the board this morning with continued flakes in the air. Similar steady flakes were seen here in Burlington around 7:00 A.M., but that activity has now stopped. It sounds like this precipitation is associated with mid the mid and upper level flow that we’re currently seeing.
We’re under a winter weather advisory for the next event, and I’ve pasted in a couple of the BTV NWS graphics below:
Some details from the 6:00 A.M. observations are below:
New Snow: 0.2 inches
New Liquid: Trace
Temperature: 28.0 F
Snow at the stake: 28.0 inches
